Summary

Kamist Reloe is a High Mage serving with Korbolo Dom's renegade Odhan army during the Whirlwind Rebellion. He provides the sorcerous counterpart to Korbolo Dom's military command, and together the two form the rebellion's most dangerous field force — the army that ultimately destroys the Chain of Dogs.

Kamist Reloe is portrayed as a capable but ultimately servile mage — powerful in his own right but willing to subordinate himself to Korbolo Dom's ruthless ambitions.
